edmonton-disc-assessments

One 2027 Plan

Choose the few outcomes that matter most in 2027 so the leadership team stops pulling in different directions.

One 2027 Budget

Put numbers behind the plan so revenue, margin, payroll and investment expectations support what the business is trying to accomplish.

Q1 Priorities + Owners

Translate the annual plan into Q1 priorities with named owners, targets and clear next actions.

Execution Rhythm

Build the scorecard and meeting rhythm that tells the team whether the plan is working before a quarter disappears.

6 Things You Leave With

You are not buying two days of presentations. Your leadership team works on your business and leaves with the core pieces of the 2027 operating plan built.

  1. 2027 Annual Plan — the outcomes and priorities that matter most.
  2. 2027 High-Level Budget — the financial expectations behind the plan.
  3. Leadership Scorecard — the handful of measures that tell you if the business is on track.
  4. Q1 Priorities — the first 90 days translated into specific outcomes.
  5. Clear Ownership — a named owner for each major priority.
  6. Meeting Rhythm — a practical cadence for reviewing results, issues and commitments.

$5,000 per company. Only three company spots for the first December workshop.

Arrive With the Mess. Leave With One 2027 Plan.

Before: competing priorities, assumptions in different spreadsheets, unresolved issues and a leadership team that may not agree on what matters most.

After: one plan, one set of financial expectations, Q1 priorities, named owners and a rhythm for keeping execution moving.

You do not need a polished strategy or perfect financials before you arrive. Bring your leadership team, your current numbers and your current thinking. ROC provides the process and facilitates the decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What exactly do we leave with?

Your team leaves with six practical outputs: a 2027 annual plan, a high-level 2027 budget, a leadership scorecard, Q1 priorities, named owners and a meeting rhythm for keeping the plan alive.

Who should be in the room?

Bring the owner and the leadership people responsible for the major parts of the business. The workshop works best when the people who will execute the plan also help build it.

How much is the workshop, and how many spots are available?

The December 10–11 workshop is $5,000 per company for the full two days. We are limiting this first workshop to three companies. It is priced by company rather than individual seat so the right leadership people can participate.

What if our plan or financials are messy?

That is okay. You do not need a polished strategy or perfect financials before you arrive. Bring your leadership team, your current numbers and your current thinking. ROC provides the process and facilitates the decisions.

What should we bring?

Bring laptops, your current strategic or planning documents, recent financial information, current goals or scorecards, and the major issues your leadership team knows it needs to resolve.

Who is this workshop best suited for?

Owner-led companies, particularly in the $2M–$20M revenue range, that have a leadership team and need stronger alignment between strategy, operations and finance.

Do we need to be an existing ROC Advisors client?

No. The workshop is a standalone engagement. You do not need to be an existing ROC client and there is no requirement to continue with ROC afterward.

What happens after the two days?

You leave with the plan and operating rhythm to run internally. If your team wants implementation support afterward, ROC can scope that separately.

What if our fiscal year is not December 31?

That is not a problem. The planning process can be built around your fiscal year while still creating clear annual targets, a budget and 90-day priorities.

Led by Justin LaRocque

ROC works across finance, strategy and operational execution. That matters because a plan can look good on a whiteboard and still fail when the numbers, accountabilities and operating rhythm do not support it.

Over two days, we help your leadership team make the decisions, challenge assumptions and turn the discussion into a plan you can actually run.

What costs more: two days to align the team, or another quarter without one plan?

$5,000 covers the company — not each person. If five leaders attend, that is $1,000 per leader for two days spent building the actual 2027 plan they will be responsible for executing.

The larger cost is usually not facilitation. It is one bad hire, one avoidable margin miss, one delayed decision, or another quarter of leadership meetings spent revisiting the same unresolved issues.

We are limiting the first December workshop to three companies so there is enough room to work through the decisions that are specific to each business.
